Curatorial Overview
The Whole City Is a Stage, and Everyone Has Their Own Way to Play!
On the third floor, the concept of “playing together” turns the city into a stage you can watch, take part in, and join at any time. This section presents a selection of city videos that show New Taipei from different angles: from an overview of New Taipei and its city image, to the “City in Progress” achievements in MRT lines, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure, to the happy lives built through education, sports, arts and culture, and social care, as well as exciting cultural events and tourism. Together, these videos show how New Taipei is changing and growing.
In the semi-outdoor space, a circus-themed exhibition invites visitors to step into the circus themselves, through games, interactive activities, and challenges full of surprises. There are also pop-up events and scheduled circus performances in the New Taipei Grand Gathering (multi-purpose assembly hall) on the third floor, keeping the city’s stage shining.
From city videos to circus experiences, from watching to taking part — whoever you are, you can join in your own way. Come and play together!
